Job summary

Epic Asset Management in Seattle seeks a Leasing Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service, conduct property tours, and drive lease conversions. You’ll market units online, coordinate move-ins, and keep resident records in Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with property management software (Yardi, OneSite) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Host property tours for prospective residents, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct virtual and in-person tours with a welcoming demeanor.
• Ensure move-in readiness and prepare all required documents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns to improve satisfaction.
• Drive leasing goals by maintaining a strong lease-to-tour conversion and marketing initiatives.
