Job summary

MAA ONE28 is hiring a Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and drive resident acquisition. You will interact with prospective residents, communicate the value of living at a MAA community, and secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities include screening applicants, communicating lease expirations, renewing leases, and assisting with marketing events. A strong customer-service background is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Comfort with presenting the value and experience of living in a community.
• Knowledge of leasing regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents to present the community.
• Communicate value and experience of living at a MAA community.
• Secure lease agreements and initiate screening of applicants.
• Inform on lease expirations and facilitate renewals.
• Assist with property marketing and resident events.
