Responsibilities

• Converting leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing helpful information about the community and neighborhood.
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community to secure new leases.
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is stellar.
• Generating awareness and excitement via social media.
• Working weekends (three weekends per month) with two days off during the week.
