Bozzuto is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) to convert leads into tours, present the community, and close leases while delivering an exceptional resident experience across our Florida properties.

You will build brand loyalty, create engaging social content, and support weekend touring. The role rewards proactive communication, professional appearance, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
• Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week.
