Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate for Sky Rock Apartments in Longmont, CO. You’ll be the face of Fairfield, guiding prospects through the leasing process and delivering exceptional living experiences in a role that blends sales, service, and marketing.

You’ll handle leasing processes, maintain files, and use Yardi software while staying attuned to local market trends. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents; drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records; utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Update social media and assist with advertising; stay informed about local market trends.
