Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate at a lease-up property to be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive.

You will serve as the first point of contact, drive the leasing process, manage lease files, and utilize Yardi for leasing tasks while staying informed about local market trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities
