Job summary

Fairfield is seeking a Community Leasing Associate in Colorado to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of the community, drive the leasing process, and help residents feel at home.

You will manage lease files, use Yardi for leasing, and stay informed about local market trends to help our communities thrive. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, guiding them through the leasing process.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals while delivering outstanding service.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records using Yardi.
• Update social media and assist with local market marketing efforts.
