Job summary

Greystar is seeking a results-driven Leasing Consultant in Benbrook, TX to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewals across our apartment communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks and prepare leases to drive occupancy and revenue.

You will develop local marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi to track traffic and leases, and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and timely renewals.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects and conduct tours to drive leases.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare lease packages.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and leases.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal process and ensure timely documentation of renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner inquiries and resolve issues.
