Responsibilities

• Provide tours of the apartment community to prospective residents to lease apartments.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of phone, online, and walk-in traffic in the Property Management CRM.
• Enter all traffic into CRM daily and discuss with prospects the benefits of leasing.
• Conduct outreach marketing as needed.
• Prepare leases for qualified prospective residents and organize resident files after move-in.
• Assist with lease renewals in a timely manner.
• Schedule resident move-ins and manage key/parking assignments.
• Handle resident questions, maintenance requests, rent payments, and other daily requests.
