Job summary

Greystar in Allen, TX is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community, driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction from application to move-in.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, track traffic with OneSite/Yardi, and support lease renewals with timely documents and follow-ups. Must have valid driver's license for golf cart operations.
