This role focuses on achieving leasing and occupancy goals while representing the TRG brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of the community’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values in resident programs and relations.
• Go beyond expectations to make living at your community relaxed, easy, and unlike any other apartment experience.
• Plan resident events, activities, and loyalty programs to add value and drive incremental revenue.
• Manage resident communication initiatives and share meaningful information.
• Monitor resident satisfaction levels to ensure exceptional service.
• Track key metrics: traffic, closing ratios, applications, leases, move-ins/outs, renewals, and other community KPIs.
• Research and help establish programs for each phase of the resident lifecycle—from application to renewal.
• Maintain a database of best practices for resident experience programs.
• Guide your team in creating tactical resident experience plans and evaluating performance.
• Inspire colleagues to strengthen resident event strategies.
• Partner with other communities to deepen relationships and achieve retention goals.
• Serve as a go-to resource for residents and community teams.
