Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Community Ambassador to lead leasing and marketing initiatives, guide prospective residents through the leasing process, and contribute to events that drive occupancy.

You will manage tours, lead follow-up, and guest communications to achieve sales goals set by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager. The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work with residents and staff to maintain a positive community

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree student preferred.
• Strong organization, reliability, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Conduct tours and follow up with leads; schedule and promote tours and events.
• Assist in marketing efforts, social media, and on/off-campus marketing events.
• Respond to inquiries timely and maintain resident accounts and communications.
