Job summary

The role requires four weekdays from 9am-5:30pm and Saturday from 10am-5pm. Responsibilities include tracking traffic, assisting applicants, maintaining vacancy reports, preparing units for move-in, and supporting property managers with tours and communications.

Responsibilities

• Track all phone and walk-in traffic and prepare weekly reports.
• Assist applicants with the application process and gather documents.
• Maintain marketing materials and vacancy reports.
• Manage vacancies and ensure units are ready for move-in.
• Perform basic cleaning to prepare vacant apartments for showings.
• Support resident retention and assist with community events.
• Coordinate tours for prospects, residents, and vendors.
• Produce and distribute forms, spreadsheets, and information packages for management.
• Maintain filing systems for residents, invoices, and vendors.
• Provide administrative support to property managers and assist with operations.
