Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate to be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive.

You will work with our teams to manage lease files, use Yardi for leasing workflows, update marketing content, and stay informed on local market trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, guiding them through the leasing process.
• Close leases and deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing workflows.
• Update social media and assist with community advertising.
