The Edge in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Leasing Associate to market, lease, and maintain positive resident relations. You will greet and qualify prospects, show available units, and ensure leases and move-ins comply with company policy.

You’ll also design marketing plans and track occupancy while staying aware of market trends. Ideal candidates have apartment leasing experience or a customer service background, strong communication and mathematical skills, and familiarity with ResMan and

Qualifications

• Apartment leasing experience or experience in a customer service-related industry (retail sales, hospitality).
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and in lease documents.
• Demonstrate ability to apply sales skills (generating leads, presenting, qualifying prospects, closing).
• Mathematical skills at high school level to calculate prorated rents, deposits, etc.
• Proficiency in property management software (ResMan) and Microsoft Office for reports and marketing materials.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, tour property and amenities.
• Record all traffic according to Company policy and ensure applications and leases are completed per policy.
• Use on-site property software to track apartment availability and prepare market surveys.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic to the property and perform outreach marketing.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor conditions impacting occupancy.
