Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking an experienced Leasing Associate with Tax Credit experience to join our apartment community team in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on leasing apartments, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting daily property operations to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include tours, explaining pricing and terms, processing applications, and following up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
• 3+ years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software (Resman) is a plus.
• Tax Credit experience is a must.
