Job summary

AOG Living in San Antonio, TX seeks a friendly Leasing Associate with Tax Credit experience to join our apartment community team. You will lease apartments, deliver exceptional customer service, and support daily property operations to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in leasing/sales or customer service, strong communication, and familiarity with property management software (ResMan).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
• 3+ years leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tax Credit experience is a must.
• Familiarity with property management software (Resman) is a plus.

Responsibilities
