Job summary

AOG Living is seeking a Leasing Associate for Parkland Pointe in Arlington, TX to market, lease, and nurture positive resident relations.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins and renewals, using ResMan and MS Office to track availability and generate reports. A strong customer-service mindset and knowledge of Fair Housing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing and/or sales experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with ResMan and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Experience with affordable housing programs preferred.
• Excellent math skills for prorated rents and deposits.

Responsibilities

Prepare market survey. • Design marketing plan and activities to drive traffic to the property. • Complete outreach marketing and record all marketing efforts. • Proficiency in using the internet for marketing, including Craig’s List, Google, and other search engines. • Distribute newsletters, flyers, and resident notices.## Leasing Professional with Affordable Experience## Qualifications**DEGREES AND DIPLOMAS** • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1 year experience in apartment leasing and/or sales**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** • Apartment leasing experience or experience in a customer service-related industry (i.e., retail sales, hospitality). • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete documents, lease agreements, and communicate effectively with residents. • Demonstrate ability to apply sales skills (generating sales leads, conducting presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing). • Must have mathematical skills at high school level to calculate prorated rents, deposits, etc. • Proficiency in using property management software(s) ResMan, as well as Microsoft Office to complete the required reports, create marketing flyers, etc. • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing LawsMust have 2+ years onsite leasing experience.Must have 2+ years onsite experience with affordable programs (not HUD voucher program exclusively)
