Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.

• Comfortable learning compliance processes and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries promptly.
• Process rental applications and assist with move-ins and renewals.
• Maintain strong occupancy rates through proactive outreach.
• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents and prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely communication.
• Assist with resident events and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation.
• Assist with marketing efforts and online listings.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks.
