Harmoniq Residential is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to join Presidio Square. You will conduct property tours, present amenities, and convert leads to leases while delivering exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include applications, lease paperwork, and collaboration with the Property Manager on marketing and events to meet occupancy goals. A strong focus on accuracy, communication, and inclusivity is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-minded with ability to overcome objections and close leases.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence presenting to individuals and groups.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and CRM to convert leads into leases.
• Process rental applications and assist with screening and approvals.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure resident paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, promotions, amenities, and local market.
• Achieve occupancy and leasing goals established by management.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Build positive resident relationships to support retention.
• Promote satisfaction through proactive communication and engagement.
• Ensure model, clubhouse, and common areas are tour-ready.
