Job summary

Harmoniq Residential is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at Presidio Square in Milwaukee. This role drives occupancy through leasing, resident retention, and community engagement while serving as a brand ambassador for Harmoniq Residential.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, following up with prospects, processing applications, and preparing leases. You will also support marketing initiatives and ensure compliant, high‑quality resident experiences.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-minded with the ability to overcome objections and close leases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence presenting to individuals and groups.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming resident experience.

  • Process rental applications and assist with the screening and approval process.
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all new resident paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of floor plans, pricing, promotions, amenities, and local market conditions.
  • Achieve occupancy and leasing goals established by management.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
  • Build positive resident relationships to support retention efforts.
  • Promote resident satisfaction through proactive communication and engagement.
  • Ensure model apartments, clubhouse, and common areas are presented professionally and ready for tours.
  • Assist with property marketing initiatives, social media content, community events, and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate resident, prospect, and leasing records.

Leasing & Sales


  • Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents.
