POSITION Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned properties to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the property and to ensure that the property is compliant with PCRI’s established policies and procedures; in addition to local, state and federal regulations including Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Real Estate License for the State of Oregon a plus. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a driving record check.
