GPI Investment LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support multiple communities in the Southwest Houston area. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help move-ins, delivering exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate with onsite teams, maintain records in Yardi, and travel between properties as needed to meet leasing goals. This role offers growth within the company and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or sales experience required (property management preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teams, properties, and schedules.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties.
