Job summary

5 West Group is seeking a prudent Leasing Agent to manage day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family properties in Indianapolis. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy and tenant satisfaction while maintaining strong financial performance.

You will respond to leasing leads in real time, coordinate with the Property Manager, support marketing, maintenance and rent collection, and travel between sites if required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Leasing Agent in multi-family housing.
• Strong understanding of property management practices and financials.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask as needed (and travel between sites, if required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations of multi-family properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company regulations.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Respond to leasing leads in real time via phone and email.
• Support marketing, leasing, maintenance, and rent collection efforts.
• Help control expenses, and support revenue growth.
• Work closely with Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager to meet performance goals.
