Infinity Management & Investments, LLC in Oregon is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for low-income housing properties. The role focuses on optimizing occupancy and delivering outstanding resident and applicant service, with a self-motivated and organized approach.

You will handle lease files, recertifications, and reporting to Compliance, collaborate with Site Superintendents, and support the Compliance Director and IMI Asset Management Team.

Formación

• Must have 2-5 years of Property Management experience in LIHTC, 811 and/or USDA.
• Must have a background in supervision and a successful track record of accomplishments.
• Must have experience in Microsoft 365 products; Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Must have 2-5 years experience and be proficient in Yardi and Rent Cafe.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for our low-income housing properties. We are seeking an energetic and driven individual who can be self-motivated, organized, and able to problem solve with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for maintaining the performance efficiency of the property through optimizing occupancy and providing outstanding customer service to both future and current residents as well as prospects.

Essential Duties:

Include but are not limited to:

• Provides excellent experiences for our prospects, applicants, and residents.
• Provides positive interaction with prospects and residents by responding promptly to their requests.
• Maintains a cohesive working relationship with Site Superintendents to ensure all property goals are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures that lease files are completed properly and recertifications are done before the required date.
• Submits required reports to Compliance as required.
• Strives for excellence in all areas of customer service.
• Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Compliance Director or IMI.
