Responsibilities

• Accompany prospective residents to models and discuss apartment layouts while selling features.
• Verify applications, credit information, and other qualifications.
• Prepare lease and move-in documentation and related paperwork.
• Collect rental payments and application fees from residents.
• Promote positive resident relations and service.
• Walk vacancies daily to confirm make-ready status.
• Assist in planning and hosting resident events.
