• Carry the Decision Making thread across three time zones and two tools.
• Apply Negotiation and Stress Management to solve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Guard the Content Plus Corp customer experience through every Innovation change.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Content Plus Corp clients as needed.
• Trim Decision Making processes that have quietly outlived their purpose.
