S2 Residential in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, tour our Oxford community, and convert inquiries into signed leases. You’ll help market the property and contribute to resident satisfaction while upholding S2’s mission and values.

The role requires 1 year of leasing experience in multifamily or 2 years in customer service, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, present the community, capture leases and convert prospects to residents.
• Tour, show, and close on all qualified future residents.
• Process income, rental and employment verifications to determine qualification.
• Engage in outreach and online marketing and participate in Resident Events.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and manage related services.
• Walk the property and keep the office and model apartments clean.
