S2 Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases in a fast-paced multifamily community. You will help market the property, verify qualifications, and support resident events to enhance satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year of leasing or 2 years in customer service, detail orientation, and a valid driver license. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.

Engage with them!Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.Perform outreach and online marketing.
