Job summary

Oxford at S2 Residential seeks a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, give tours, present the community, and close leases. You’ll process income verification, market the property online, and help deliver an outstanding resident experience in line with our mission and values.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of leasing or 2 years in customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Weekend availability is required at times.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service experience
• Must be consistently detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to listen and understand goals
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Knowledge of ResMan a plus
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, present the community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents
• Lease processes including income, rental, and employment verification
• Perform outreach and online marketing for the property
• Engage in Resident Events and manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance services
• Walk the property and maintain the office and model apartments

How you’ll make an impact: Greet prospects, present your community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents. Contribute ideas to the Management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction. As a Leasing Agent, you’ll ensure that each resident experience is in line with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.

Who you are:

Our Hours:

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Leasing Agent position requires the ability to work weekends. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the property’s needs and resident activities.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.
• Ability to walk several acres to tour community.
• Some lifting; up to 25lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time.
