• 2+ years of experience leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven close track record.

• Weekend availability is required.
• Social media/marketing content creation experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
