Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Manager at Villas of Bulverde to oversee leasing operations and support daily community functions. You will maintain occupancy, manage rent processes, and assist with move-outs and service requests within a team environment.

The role requires strong sales, customer service, and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and weekend availability. A relocation option within 20 miles is encouraged for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in apartment industry as Assistant Manager with leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic.
• Flexible schedule – some weekends are required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
• Must live within 20-mile radius or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, posting, and late notices.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Manager:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:

• Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices
• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
• Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic
• Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success

What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Manager:

• Minimum 2 Yearsprevious experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
• Flexible schedule – some weekends are REQUIRED
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
