Job summary

Satellite Management Co. is seeking a Leasing Agent for our Fullerton community. You will be the face of the property, helping prospective residents find their next home while keeping current residents satisfied and renewing. You will lease units, showcase amenities, process applications, and coordinate leases with the team.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a proactive approach to resident service, with opportunities for growth and incentives within a supportive, driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Residential leasing/sales experience is a plus.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
• Proficient with computers, Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain a professional, friendly environment.
• Lease available units and build relationships to encourage renewals.
• Showcase the community and model apartments to prospects.
• Process applications with complete documentation for supervisor approval.
• Prepare leases and move-in packets in a timely manner.
• Keep resident files organized and up-to-date.
• Coordinate sales and marketing strategies with the Community Manager.
• Conduct property walks and flag issues to Maintenance.
