Satellite Management Co. is seeking a Leasing Agent for our Fullerton community. You will be the face of the property, helping prospective residents find their next home while keeping current residents satisfied and renewing. You will lease units, showcase amenities, process applications, and coordinate leases with the team.

$18.00 – $19.00 per hour

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the face of our community and a key driver of its success — helping prospective residents fall in love with their future home while keeping current residents happy and renewing. Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere – Maintain a professional, friendly, and inviting environment throughout the community.
Optimizing Occupancy – Actively lease available units and build positive relationships with current residents to encourage renewals.
Showcasing the Community – Professionally present available amenities and model apartments to prospects.
Processing Applications – Efficiently handle prospect applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and meets company standards prior to supervisor approval.
Preparing Leases – Accurately prepare leases and move-in packets for new residents in a timely manner, coordinating lease signings before move-in.
Maintaining Records – Keep organized, up-to-date resident files.
Team Collaboration – Partner with colleagues and the Community Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Property Walks – Physically inspect the property when out on the grounds, picking up litter as needed and flagging any issues to Grounds and Maintenance staff.
Unit Readiness – Spiff vacant apartment homes so each one shows rent-ready — smelling good, looking good, and creating a space prospects want to call home.
Service Coordination – Accept service requests from current residents and coordinate completion with Maintenance staff, following up to ensure satisfaction.
First to the Phone – Be first to answer every call, working to convert it into a lease.
Reliability – Attend work as scheduled to support the community's ongoing success.
Other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Experience in residential leasing/sales is a plus.
Previous experience with the Yardi Voyager system is a plus.
Proficient with computers, Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email.
