LEASING CONSULTANT – BE THE HEART OF OUR COMMUNITY

As a Leasing Consultant, you’re the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home. From the first "Hello!" to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move-in day a breeze.
What You'll Be Doing
- Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home. Help people find their dream apartment while making their experience seamless, fun, and stress-free.
- Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
- Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
- Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch.
- Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else!
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay + Commissions – Earn anywhere from $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly!
- Full-Time Flexibility – Work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday/Holiday.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Abilities
- Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrates a natural disposition towards personal and public safety; operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics
- Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
- Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, takes initiative and maintains confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred
- Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required
- Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes
Physical Requirements
- Expected work hours include Fridays, Saturdays, and possibly Sundays and holidays during peak hours. Must work according to schedule approved with your supervisor.
- Travel: None
- Work environment and physical demands include sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds. Ability to work in various weather conditions is required.
