Job summary

Princeton Management in Clinton Township, MI, is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to support two apartment communities with shared duties across sites. You will engage prospective residents, conduct tours, explain leases, and process applications while coordinating with property teams to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Candidates must have LIHTC and Tax Credit experience, be able to travel between sites, and work independently or as part of a team.

Looking for an experienced leasing professional for two Clinton Township apartment communities. Candidates must be able to travel and work at two different sites as days will be split between the two. Candidates must also have LIHTC and Tax Credit experience.
