Job summary

Draper and Kramer is seeking a Leasing Agent in Golden, Colorado. You will tour prospects, lease apartments, process applications, and respond to inquiries, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and an approachable, friendly demeanor. Proficiency with MS Office and a willingness to multi-task are also important. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with preferred bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience, leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly demeanor; strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.

TheLeasing Agent’s responsibilities may vary slightly based on location; however, strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are key factors to success. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude are also crucial. This position is located in Golden, Colorado.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Range for this position: $18.00 - $22.00
• Leasing Commissions
• Up to 8% Annual Property Management Bonus
