Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents
• Complete leasing documents and collect rental deposits
• Ensure “model” apartments are ready to be shown
• Understand lease terms, specifications, and community policies
• Utilize sales and closing techniques effectively
• Stay informed about the current market, pricing, and amenities
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses
• Visit competitor communities regularly
• Develop knowledge of application processes, screening, and rental policies
• Conduct outreach marketing at least once weekly
• Implement resident retention programs to encourage lease renewals
• Organize resident and property files
• Handle resident requests and complaints professionally
• Assist in collecting delinquent rents

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

• A college degree is helpful but not required
• Leasing experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site is preferred
• Being bilingual is advantageous
