Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking a Leasing Agent to create an exceptional experience for prospective residents from inquiry to move-in. You will market available apartments, connect with prospects, conduct tours, and turn interest into signed leases.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm. Ideal candidates come from sales, leasing, hospitality, customer service, or marketing backgrounds who enjoy working with people and keeping things moving.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A sales-minded approach and the confidence to follow up, overcome objections, and ask for the application.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Comfort using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and web-based software.
• Ability to learn property management, CRM, and marketing platforms.
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to prospective residents and serve as their primary contact throughout the leasing process.
• Schedule and conduct property tours and help prospects find the right home.
• Follow up with leads to turn prospects into applicants and residents.
• Manage applications, screening, paperwork, and move-in coordination.
• Market available apartments with descriptions, photos, videos, floor plans, and digital content.
• Ensure units are clean, presentable, and ready for showings and move-ins.
• Build relationships with prospects, applicants, residents, vendors, and property teams.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management on turnovers and move-ins.
• Maintain leasing records and prospect communications in the PMS.
• Keep vacancies low by staying organized and maintaining momentum.

Are you outgoing, organized, and energized by meeting new people? Do you love the satisfaction of turning a great conversation into a signed lease?

Bluestone Real Estate Services is looking for a Leasing Agent who can create an exceptional experience for prospective residents, from their first inquiry through move-in. You'll market available apartments, connect with prospects, conduct tours, follow up on leads, and help turn interest into signed leases.

The hours for this position are Tuesday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales, leasing, hospitality, customer service, or marketing who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep things moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond promptly to prospective residents and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the leasing process.
• Schedule and conduct property tours, learn what prospects are looking for, and help them find the right home.
• Follow up consistently with leads and use your sales skills to turn prospects into applicants and new residents.
• Manage the leasing process, including applications, screening, paperwork, and move-in coordination.
• Market available apartments using engaging descriptions, photos, videos, floor plans, and digital content.
• Monitor available units to ensure they're clean, presentable, and ready for showings and move-ins.
• Build positive relationships with prospects, applicants, residents, vendors, and property teams.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams on unit turnovers and move-in readiness.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, prospect communications, and reports in our property management system.
• Help keep vacancies low by staying organized, following up, and keeping the leasing process moving.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, marketing, or property management.
• Proven success in a sales-oriented role.
• Experience with AppFolio, ShowMojo, Avid, or similar software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing practices.
