AMDG Holdings Ltd is seeking a Leasing Agent to serve as the primary contact for prospective tenants, market rental properties, schedule tours, and guide applicants through to move-in. You will ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies while maintaining a welcoming environment.

This role collaborates with property management and maintenance teams to meet tenant needs and contribute to occupancy and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule property tours and present available units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and communicate leasing terms clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and lease agreements in compliance with policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance to ensure units are ready for occupancy.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience using property management software such as AppFolio
• Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, to better serve diverse tenant populations.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding leasing goals.
