Responsibilities include prospect rapport prospective resident needs, presenting compelling housing solutions, and closing leases.**Responsibilities:*** Drives leasing performance by responding to and following up on inquiries from perspective residents* Engage with potential tenants, offering compelling insights into our housing options to encourage applications.* Skillfully negotiate lease terms and provide thorough explanations of leases and related documents to new tenants.* Performs leasing activities in accordance with applicable laws to maximize housing occupancy* Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to navigate applicants through the leasing journey.* Stay informed about our company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance and up-to-date practices.**Requirements:*** A High School Diploma or GED required.* Minimum three (3) years of related sales or customer-facing sales experience required.* Leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred.* A valid State Real Estate License is required.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.* Outstanding communication abilities and analytical skills to solve problems effectively.* Ability to build relationships, organize tasks, and deliver top-notch customer service.CompensationThe anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $21.09 to $25.30 Hourly.
