AMH in Irving/ TX is seeking a Leasing Agent to act as the company’s primary sales representative for prospective residents, driving occupancy through consultative selling and lease conversion. You will present housing solutions, close leases, and ensure compliance with leasing laws.

• Leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred.
• A valid State Real Estate License is required.

• Outstanding communication abilities and analytical skills to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to build relationships, organize tasks, and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends is required.

The Leasing Agent serves as the company’s primary sales representative for prospective residents, responsible for driving occupancy through consultative selling, relationship building and lease conversion. Responsibilities include prospect rapport prospective resident needs, presenting compelling housing solutions, and closing leases.

Compensation

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $25.00 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Additional Compensation

This position is not bonus-eligible.
