Qualifications

• Prior leasing or real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications are advantageous.
