Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, determine their needs and preferences, and present communities that meet their requirements.
• Manage leasing activities, including tour scheduling, lease preparation, and resident move-ins.
• Provide engaging and informative tours of the property, highlighting amenities and demonstrating the benefits of the community.
• Maintain knowledge of available lease terms and current move-in promotions.
• Process applications and perform credit and reference checks for prospective residents.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist in organizing and hosting resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in leasing, property management, or a similar customer service role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
