Job summary

The Ruby in Brookfield is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent to welcome prospects, guide them on tours, and convert interest into leases with outstanding customer service from first contact to move-in day.

As part of Harmoniq Residential within Inland Family of Companies, you will support marketing, manage applications and leases, deliver responsive resident service, and help create a welcoming, connected community in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Showcase studio, 1-bed, and 2-bed homes highlighting amenities and Brookfield lifestyle.
• Follow up with prospects, answer questions, overcome objections, guide applicants through leasing.
• Provide prompt resident service and address concerns to create a welcoming community.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, social content, listings, outreach, and events.
• Monitor rental trends in Brookfield and greater Milwaukee area to position The Ruby.
• Accurately manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident records with compliance.

Create Exceptional First Impressions

Welcome prospective residents with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Build relationships, understand their needs, and guide them through every step of the leasing journey.

Showcase Life at The Ruby

Conduct engaging property tours featuring our thoughtfully designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes, highlighting upscale amenities, stylish interiors, modern finishes, private balconies or patios, and the vibrant Brookfield lifestyle.

Convert Leads into Residents

Follow up with prospects, answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide applicants through the leasing process while achieving occupancy goals.

Deliver Outstanding Resident Service

Serve as a trusted resource for current residents by providing prompt communication, addressing concerns, and helping create a welcoming community atmosphere.

Support Marketing & Community Engagement

Assist with marketing initiatives, social media content, online listings, outreach efforts, and resident events that strengthen engagement and showcase life at The Ruby.

Stay Ahead of the Market

Monitor local rental trends and competitor communities throughout Brookfield and the greater Milwaukee area to help position The Ruby as a premier residential destination.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

Accurately manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident records while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
