Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, presenting housing options, and closing leases while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. A real estate license and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of related sales or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred.
• A valid State Real Estate License is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Outstanding communication abilities and analytical skills to solve problems effectively.
• Ability to build relationships, organize tasks, and deliver top-notch customer service.
