Job summary

The Liberty Group is actively seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant in Glendale, AZ. You will greet, tour, and engage prospective residents, then drive move-ins by clearly communicating the community’s value and amenities.

You’ll secure lease agreements, guide applicants through screening, and manage the leasing pipeline while maintaining strong candidate communication. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months apartment/multi-family leasing experience.
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations.
• (If required) Available to work weekends/peak touring hours.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to turn strong tours into signed leases.

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued ID
• Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations
• (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours

What you’ll do

Preferred (not required)

• Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.)
• Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
