Job summary

Housing Visions Unlimited Inc. is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent in Cicero, NY. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–1:00 pm at our Cicero office (8701 Knowledge Lane).

Pay range is $18–$20 per hour. A generous benefits package accompanies day-to-day clerical support of the Property Manager, including rent collection, leasing, and resident relations. Responsibilities include answering phones, opening mail, filing, and various projects to support company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Lease processing and resident relations.

Day-to-day clerical functions in support of the Property Manager, including, but not limited to, rent collection/accounts receivable, leasing, answering phones, opening mail, filing, supply ordering, and special projects. Monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations while maintaining the company investment and meeting company goals.
