We’re looking for dynamic, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to help rent properties within our in-house property management portfolio scattered across the city.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist prospective renters in finding their ideal apartment.
• Conduct showings, answer inquiries, and guide clients through the leasing process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and management companies.
• Use provided leads to build a strong pipeline of rental transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Illinois Residential Leasing Agent License or Broker License (must be active before applying).
• At least 2 years of real estate experience (leasing or brokerage).
• Strong communication & customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Reliable, presentable vehicle with insurance.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
• A working cell phone and laptop.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Compensation:

This role is 100% commission-based, which is standard in the industry. While commission can seem intimidating, our strong lead flow, training, and support make it easier to hit the ground running. Full-time leasing agents typically earn between $60,000 – $100,000+ per year, with no earning cap.
