Key Sales Duties:

• Maximize sales opportunities by offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Use effective sales techniques: build rapport, apply top-down sales strategies, emphasize product features and benefits, and overcome customer objections.
• Provide exemplary customer service: acknowledge customers, smile, make eye contact, use their name, and stay calm in challenging situations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating consistent success.
• Follow approved sales processes using company-approved dialogues with integrity and professionalism.
• Process customer rentals accurately and efficiently, paying attention to detail.
• Engage with customers thoroughly: review rental terms, explain charges and services, provide maps, and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives.
